Tailored Talks enables clinicians to share personalised and relevant information, in easy-to-digest slide presentations. Our slide library contains over 8,500 slides which enable you to quickly create bespoke, medically approved presentations which can be sent to patients, containing just the information that’s relevant to them.
Creating your own slides is easy, using our slide builder functionality. This means that if you work in an area that is not already covered, our team can support you in creating your own multimedia information to share.
Tailored Talks is now being used to support stroke patients Scotland-wide, to provide neurology information across four neuroscience centres, and is being piloted within Elderly and Frail care, spanning health care and social care teams.
MyTailoredTalks – Your personal area for managing your long-term condition
Users can quickly log in to access multimedia information that’s relevant to them, either within the MyTailoredTalks area of the platform or by downloading the MyTailoredTalks app via Google Play or the Apple App store.
My Tailored Talks enables you to view the information that your medical team have sent at a time that’s best for you, and use the built in accessibility functions if you’d rather the information was read back to you or displayed in a different colour or format.
