Jack Francis spoke at the NHS Scotland Event 2022 at the P&J live exhibition centre in Aberdeen.
CEO of Pogo, Jack Francis, was invited to speak to conference delegates at the NHS Scotland Event 2022, sharing information with them about our information sharing system Tailored Talks and our new application which is currently supporting patients with Long Covid, MyTailoredTalks.
The event was also used as a platform to launch the Accelerated National Innovation Adoption (ANIA) pathway, which aims to bring the benefits of breakthroughs in the healthcare industry more quickly to patients.
According to the NHS, ANIA will ‘lead robust value assessment to help prioritise the best innovations that will improve patient outcomes and experience, improve staff experience and which are both financially and environmentally sustainable’.
It will also ‘create the conditions for success, such as workforce, training, infrastructure and clinical leadership’.
Jack's contribution to the conference was received well, with interest in MyTailoredTalks from representatives of ANIA. MyTailoredTalks is currently being piloted in NHS Lothian, where 26 GP surgeries have referred upwards of 90 patients into the application and the associated care plan from Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland.
